Adekunle Gold designs logo for Lil Kesh's record label

Date:

IT is no longer news that Adekunle Kosoko, stage name Adekunle Gold, is a talented singer and songwriter. What many people don’t know is that he is a trained graphic artist. He is the chief graphics designer of the label, and actually designed the logo of YBNL Nation, his current label. The extremely talented guy is also a sculpture and artist.

In support of his friend, and former label mate Lil Kesh, the Orente crooner designed the logo of the Lil Kesh’s new label; Yagi Records (which stands for Young and getting it) . Only this Wednesday he took to twitter to post his joy at designing the logo of the new label, he tweeted, “Working on the #YAGI logo! I’m going to have fun with this one.”

The hardworking balladeer seems not to be slowing down anytime soon as he has a new single out, and it titledReady. It seems that the soulful singer is not done with serenading his fans with danceable, yet soulful songs like his earlier offerings like Sade and Orente which went on to become national anthems.

Recall that earlier in the week, at the expiration of his two-year contract, singer Lil Kesh left his former label; YBNL Nation to start a label and indeed a movement of his own. It is now confirmed that former label mate, Adekunle Gold is designing the logo to support him.
