Legendary singer, 2face Idibia, has lambasted Nigerians who take joy in making jokes out of people’s (especially celebrities’) scandals in career, marriage and otherwise.
This came after social media users made jokes and caricatures of Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage and her husband, Tunji Balogun, aka Teebillz, following the crisis currently rocking their marriage.
Tiwa had in a 45 minutes interview made shocking revelations about her husband, following his rant against her on alleged infidelity and some disturbing accusations.
Some persons had written and said lots of unbelievable and unthinkable things about the crashed marriage, as though making fun of the victims.
Recall that Teebillz had dragged 2face into the saga after he mentioned him as ‘one of those’ who had sexual relationship with his wife, Tiwa.
Responding to comments on his Instagram account, the Hypertek records boss cautioned Nigerians against making distasteful jokes out of the marriage crisis.
He described the comments as madness.
2face wrote: “I’m so disgusted at some people that have been making distasteful jokes out of people’s real life heartbreaking predicament.
“GOD forgive you,” 2face wrote.
