Abuja, Nov. 1, 2025 – President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has officially unveiled the NIMC NINAuth Application, a digital platform designed to give Nigerians unprecedented control over their personal data, in line with the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
The NINAuth app allows users to grant, revoke, or review access to information linked to their National Identification Number (NIN), strengthening privacy, security, and personal empowerment.
For businesses and enterprises, NINAuth promises faster verification, regulatory compliance, and enhanced trust, while government agencies benefit from secure access, oversight, and improved transparency in service delivery.
The platform is designed to be inclusive, catering to everyone from a roadside vendor applying for a microloan to telecom operators onboarding millions of subscribers. By simplifying identity verification, NINAuth makes transactions faster, safer, and more reliable.
President Tinubu described the launch as a milestone in Nigeria’s digital transformation, emphasizing that the app empowers citizens to take control of their personal information while fostering confidence in both public and private sector services.
How to Access: The NINAuth app is now available for download, offering Nigerians a seamless experience in identity verification and data management.
