Despite making eight changes to his lineup ahead of the crucial second leg of their Champions League last-16 tie against Liverpool, PSG were comfortable winners.

However, Dembele, who had started on the bench, came on just after the hour mark and made an immediate impact. He scored his first goal in the first minute of stoppage time, assisted by Achraf Hakimi. Dembele then sealed the win with a second goal in the 94th minute, taking his tally to 28 goals in all competitions this season.
PSG’s unbeaten domestic record remains intact, and they are now 16 points clear at the top of the table. The team will now turn their focus to the second leg of their Champions League tie against Liverpool at Anfield on Tuesday.
