IPAC Chairman Dantalle Demands Apology from Atiku Over Allegations of Bribery Against Opposition Leaders
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Yusuf Dantalle, the National Chairman of the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC), has called on former Vice President Atiku Abubakar to issue an apology to opposition leaders over his recent claims that they are receiving N50 million from the federal government to destabilize opposition parties.
Atiku had made the accusation, alleging that some opposition members and leaders were being paid by the ruling party to create chaos within opposition ranks. However, Dantalle strongly disagreed with these claims, asserting that they were unfounded and harmful to the integrity of the opposition leaders.
Speaking as a guest on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Friday, Dantalle said that Atiku’s comments were reckless and damaging. He demanded that Atiku apologize to the opposition leaders for the bribery accusations, emphasizing the need for responsible and respectful political discourse.
The controversy has added to the growing tensions in Nigeria’s political landscape, with various parties grappling with internal and external challenges.
