NNPC Limited has reduced the ex-depot price of Premium Motor Spirit (petrol) from ₦1,020 to ₦899 per litre.
This adjustment comes shortly after the Dangote Petroleum & Petrochemicals Refinery announced its price reduction to ₦899 per litre.
The Petroleum Products Retail Outlets Owners Association of Nigeria confirmed the development in a statement released on Saturday, noting that the new price ensures that marketers can now purchase petrol at ₦899 per litre, aligning with the competitive rate set by Dangote Refinery.
