Victor Osimhen Weighs €30 Million Annual Offer from Al-Ahli, Triple Chelsea’s €10 Million Proposal

Date:

Victor Osimhen is considering a highly lucrative offer from Saudi Pro League club Al-Ahli, which includes an annual salary of €30 million—three times more than the €10 million per season proposed by Chelsea. According to reports from Sky Sports Italia, Al-Ahli has made a second bid for the Nigerian forward. A meeting is expected between Osimhen’s agent, Roberto Calenda, and Al-Ahli’s sporting director to discuss the offer.

Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sports Italia reported that Al-Ahli is determined to secure Osimhen’s services, offering him a four-year contract valued at €30 million per year. Discussions between Osimhen’s representatives and Al-Ahli are scheduled to take place in Rome, indicating the Saudi club’s serious intent.

“The Saudi club has offered the Nigerian striker €30 million per year for four years. If Osimhen accepts the offer, the two clubs will try to reach an agreement on the figures, with a release clause likely included,” Di Marzio revealed via Area Napoli. “Meanwhile, Chelsea’s current salary offer is low, and no agreement has been reached with the English club.”

This proposal highlights Al-Ahli’s strong desire to sign Osimhen, with the club willing to pay Napoli around €70 million—nearly half of the striker’s €130 million release clause. Despite Osimhen’s preference to continue his career in Europe, the significant financial offer from Al-Ahli has prompted his camp to seriously consider the Saudi club’s bid.

Chelsea remains keen on acquiring the Nigerian forward but has yet to match the lucrative terms offered by Al-Ahli, putting the Premier League side at a competitive disadvantage. Napoli, on the other hand, is eager to finalize Osimhen’s transfer before the transfer window closes and has already lined up a replacement in Romelu Lukaku, who has arrived in Naples to complete a €30 million transfer from Chelsea.

As both Al-Ahli and Chelsea continue to vie for Osimhen’s signature, the coming days will be crucial in determining the striker’s future.
