According to eyewitness accounts, the task force claimed that the okada rider was attempting to evade payment and even challenged them to a fight if they tried to obstruct him. Frustrated by the resistance, the task force resorted to physical aggression, resulting in a brawl.
The severity of the confrontation led to the okada rider being beaten up by the task force. It remains unclear whether the motorcycle was later returned to the man, as bystanders intervened and pleaded on his behalf after the altercation.
