Popular street singer, Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has taken to social media to address his critics and share a message of resilience.
The controversial singer, who recently welcomed his fifth child, used his Instagram platform to respond to those who have been passing judgment on him.
In his Instagram post, Portable urged his critics to put aside their judgments and instead offer prayers for him.
He wrote:
“After judging me please pray for me. I want to be perfect like you. IKA talk IKA understand”
The singer’s use of the phrase “IKA talk IKA understand” is a colloquial expression in Nigerian Pidgin English, implying that not everyone will understand his choices and circumstances.(www.naija247news.com).
