Abuja, May 10, 2023 The National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) says it is engaging with the Independent Shareholders Association of Nigeria (ISAN) to develop mutual trust and deepen corporate governance in the insurance industry.

The commission also said that it had fruitful discussion with ISAN to deepen regulatory compliance and transparency in the industry.
It said the discussions were made when members of ISAN led by the National Coordinator, Mr Moses Igbrude, paid a visit to the Commissioner for Insurance, Mr Sunday Thomas.
Naija247news reports that ISAN is one of the largest and foremost shareholders’ advocacy groups in the country.
