Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc has declared a final dividend of N2 to its shareholders for the period ended 31 December 2022.
The financial institution reported Gross Earnings of N287.54 billion for the 12 months period, up by 39.15% from N206.64 billion reported the previous year.
Profit after tax grew year on year by 41.86% to N80.81 billion from N56.97 billion achieved in 2021 year end.
Earnings per share of the Group stands at N6.24.
At the share price of N39.9, the P/E ratio of Stanbic IBTC stands at 6.40x with earnings yield of 15.63%.
The qualification date for the proposed dividend is on Monday 03 April 2023.
The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Tuesday 04 April to Wednesday 12 April 2023 (Taking Account of the Easter Public Holidays).
On Friday 26 May 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at close of business on Monday 03 April 2023 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
