Ibadan, May 12, 2022 Gov. Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has appointed a lawyer and real estate brokerage expert, Mr Olatilewa Folami, as his Special Assistant on Housing and Urban Development.
A statement issued on Wednesday in Ibadan by his Special Assistant on Print Media, Moses Alao, indicated that the appointment took effect from May 10.
Makinde, in a letter signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Mrs Olubamiwo Adeosun, urged Folami to discharge his duties with dedication and commitment.
According to the letter, the new appointee, attended the City College of New York and the Seattle University School of Law, Seattle, WA, where he obtained Degrees in Computer and Electrical Engineering (2004) and Law (2007), respectively.
“He has served as the Head of Legal and Compliance at the MAKON Engineering and Technical Services, Lagos.
“He acquired a wide range of experience across the fields of law, real estate and property management,”the statement read
