26 ships expected at Lagos Port Complex with petroleum products, others

Lagos, May 10, 2022 The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) on Tuesday said that 26 ships were expected to arrive at the Lagos Port Complex from May 10 to May 26.

NPA made the disclosure in its daily publication – Shipping Position.

According to NPA, the ships are expected to arrive with petroleum products, food items and other goods.

It said that the ships contained general cargo, frozen fish, container, bulk sugar, butane gas, bulk wheat, bulk salt, bulk gypsum, petrol, automobile gasoline, jet fuel and bulk fertiliser.

It noted that seven ships had arrived the complex waiting to berth with bulk sugar, bulk wheat, base oil, ethanol and petrol.

The organisation also said that 20 other ships were at the complex discharging bulk wheat, general cargo, frozen fish, bulk salt, ethanol, container, bulk sugar and petrol.
