Pursuant to the Listing Requirements of Part 2 (Issuers’ Rules) of the NSE Rule Book, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Jaiz Bank Plc (the Bank) has been scheduled to hold on Tuesday March 9, 2021 at | 1:00 am.

In the light of the above, the Bank hereby announces the commencement of a closed period from Thursday, February 19, 2021 until 24 (twenty-four) hours after the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2020 is released to the public.
During this period, all those who receive the notice of closed period, who are considered “insiders” in Jaiz Bank under the provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act Cap, C20, LFN 2004 (CAMA), the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange), are under restriction not to trade or deal in the equity of the Bank.
