Infrastructure: Sen. Akwashiki God-sent leader – APC Chairman

Akun (Nasarawa State), Nov. 19, 2020 Mr Malle Moses, acting Chairman, All Progressives Congress (APC), Nassarawa Eggon Local Government area of Nasarawa State, has described Sen. Godiya Akwashiki (APC-Nasarawa North) as a God-sent leader.

Moses based his assessment on what he called the lawmaker’s efforts at ensuring infrastructural development in his senatorial district and his exploits in the Senate.

The APC chairman spoke with Naija247news on Thursday against the backdrop of the ongoing six-kilometre road being constructing by the senator for Ogba community in Akun Development Area of the state.

Moses, a former Overseer of the development area, said that the construction of the road would boost agricultural and socio-economic activities of the people of the area.

“As a son of Ogba community, this road has been there for years without being attended to. It is just now that the people’s senator, Sen. Godiya Akwashiki, is now constructing it.

“We say ‘thank you’ to the senator. He is indeed sent by God to deliver the people of Nasarawa North by bringing the much-needed dividends of democracy.

“He has embarked on infrastructural development in his senatorial district; he has also empowered the youth and women and touched the lives of many people.

“It is in view of this that I want to call the people of Nassarawa Eggon local government area to continue to support the senator to enable him continue with his good work, ” he said.

Moses assured that he would continue to mobilise people to support the APC administration at all levels in the state.
