Local Investors Lose N39.09bn WoW As NSEASI Dips By -0.29% To Close Last Week Negative


Equities market closed today on a positive note, as NSEASI appreciated by +0.19% to close at 27,698.69 points as against -0.13% depreciation recorded previously. Its Year-to-Date (YTD) returns currently stands at -11.87%.

Market breadth closed positive as CUTIX led 17Gainers as against 16 Losers topped by UPL at the end of today’s session- an unimproved performance when compared with previous outlook.

Market turnover closes negative as volume moved down by -27.65% as against -35.33% downtick recorded in the previous session. NB, GUARANTY and FBNH were the most active to boost market turnover. NESTLE and NB topped market value list.

NESTLE leads the list of active stocks that recorded impressive volume spike at the end of today’s session.
