EFCC shuts Okorocha’s college, daughter’s school


The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has sealed Rochas Foundation College in Owerri, Imo State.

The commission has also put East High Primary and Secondary school, Owerri which belongs to Rochas Okorocha’s first daughter, Uloma Nwosu, under lock and key.

Senator Okorocha, who was governor of Imo State between 2011 and 2019, is being investigated by the EFCC.

A store named, All-In Supermarket, said to belong to a member of Okorocha’s family, has also been sealed by the EFCC.

In a statement on Wednesday, the management of East High Primary and Secondary School denied that the institution was sealed, despite the seals reading “Under investigation by EFCC. Keep off.”

The school said it was only under investigation in the statement signed by Jones Onwuasoanya.
