Ishaku who was of the view that such promises would only see the light of the if the people eschew acts capable of thwarting the peaceful coexistence of the state , urged the people to give him “peace and i will give development .”

On his part, the re-elected speaker of the State House of Assembly, Abel Peter Diah, said all the members will work ” as one family irrespective of political differences to attract development to the nooks and crannies of the state.

The speaker and the leadership of the House who have work hand in hand with the executive arm of the government in the outgoing legislative year, said the next assembly would witness more collaboration among the members and the executive.
