South African credit demand growth slows to 5.56 pct in November


JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) – Growth in private sector credit demand in South Africa slowed to 5.56 percent in November from 5.82 percent in the previous month, central bank data showed on Monday.

Expansion in the broadly defined M3 measure of money supply also slowed, to 5.69 percent from 5.99 percent in October.
