Oyinlola said this in Okuku, Odo Otin Local Government Area on Saturday after casting his vote.

He said the atmosphere was calm and perfect while lauding the rearrangement of voting cubicles to prevent anyone from seeing who a voter votes for on the ballot paper.

He said, “The turnout is massive. For INEC, the way they placed the voting cubicles to prevent anybody from seeing who a voter marked on the ballot paper is okay.

“There was a little hitch when the card reader malfunctioned but another one was quickly brought and it continued.”
