Enugu 2019: APC govt’ll ensure transparency – Buhari’s aide

The Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Justice Reform Sector in the office of the Attorney General of the Federation and National Coordinator of the Open Government Partnership, Mrs. Juliet Ibekaku-Nwagwu, has enjoined APC members in Enugu State to continue to conduct their activities in line with the good governance principles of the present administration.
Mrs. Ibekaku-Nwagwu gave the advice during a solidarity visit by the state, zonal and local government executives of the APC to her Egede/Umuoka Ward in Udi Local Government Area of Enugu State.

She assured that the APC in Enugu State, if voted in at all levels, would ensure accountable, transparent and all-inclusive leadership.
She advised all the members to work hard and ensure victory for the party at state and national levels come 2019 general elections.
Ibekaku-Nwagwu attributed her success in the discharge of her duties to the conducive working environment created by President Buhari and thanked members of the party for their confidence in her and their excellent conduct which she attributed to the “quality and dynamic leadership” of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Geoffrey Onyeama, and the factional state Chairman, Okey Ogbodo.
Earlier in a solidarity message, Mr. Okey Ogbodo, said the party’s visit was to appreciate and encourage her for outstanding and quality representation so far displayed as an SA to Mr. President.
He lauded her for working very closely with the Attorney General, Abubakar Malami, for bringing in the sector quality legal reforms and policies.
