Daura: No unanimity between Osinbajo, Buhari, Presidency insists

The Presidency today said there was unanimity on the sack of the Director General of the Department of State Service (DSS), Lawal Daura.

Daura was booted out of office on Tuesday by the Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo following the invasion of the National Assembly by the operatives of the DSS. The invasion, according the acting President was done without approval.

Briefing State House Correspondents after the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting, Presidential Spokesperson, Femi Adesina said the,” Presidency is one” and that the acting President has all the powers of a President.

Describing the Acting President as a decent man, he said,” there is no tussle for power, there is no tough battle between him and the president.
