Nigerian oil firm’s board approves 2017 audited financial report

01 June 2018, Naija247news.com, Lagos – The board of directors of Conoil has approved the company’s audited financial statements for the year ended, 31st December 2017.

In a memo signed by the company’s Secretary/ Legal Adviser, Conrad Eberemu, and sent to the Nigerian Stock Exchange, NSE, on Wednesday.

According to the memo, the board also approved payment of a dividend of 200 kobos per share recommended at the 48th Annual General Meeting, adding that dividend warrants will be dispatched or mailed on 23rd July to only members whose names appear in the register, latest 14th June 2018.

The memo further said register of members will be closed from 18th to 22nd June to enable preparation and payment of dividends.
