Sterling Bank Plc Announces Delay in Filing FY 2017 Financial Statements

Sterling Bank Plc (“the Bank”) wishes to inform its shareholders and other stakeholders that the Bank could not file its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December (SI, 2017 by March 3], 2018 as required under the rules of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (“the Exchange”), because the Bank is awaiting regulatory approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria (“CBN”).
