Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc Announces Delay in Filing FY 2017 Financial Statements


Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc (“Mutual Benefits” or “the Company”) wishes to inform its valued shareholders, investing public and key stakeholders that the Company will be unable to meet the deadline for filing of its 2017 Audited Financial Statements in line with the Listing Rules of The Exchange.

The Board of Mutual Benefits has met and approved the Audited Financial Statements which has been forwarded to the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) for approval.

The Audited Financial Statements will be published as soon NAICOM’S approval is received.
