South Africa’s credit growth falls to 6.16 percent in June


JOHANNESBURG  – South Africa’s private sector credit demand growth fell to 6.16 percent in June from 6.69 percent in May, central bank data showed on Monday.

Expansion in the broadly defined M3 measure of money supply also decreased, to 5.96 percent from 5.98 percent in the previous month.
