Ishaku Approves 19th of August for Suntai’s Burial

An agreement to lay to rest the late former governor of Taraba state, Pharmacist Danbaba Danfulani Suntai, has been reached by the steering committee recently inaugurated by the incumbent governor, Darius Dickson Ishaku.

The date set aside by the committee for the burial as made known in a press statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Hassan Mijinyawa and made available to Naija 247 News, would on the 19th of next month take place.

Certain that the late former governor would be given a befitting burial, Ishaku described the late governor as a renowned leader ” who impacted positively on the lives of the people of Taraba state adding that ” he deserves great honour.”

While preparing for the burial, Ishaku admonished the people of the state to be on their kneels and keep praying for for the soul of the ” late astute democratic to Rest In Peace.”

The late former governor, gave up the ghost five years after surviving a plane crash which occurred on the 25th of October, 2012 in the neighboring state of Adamawa.
