ABIDJAN (Reuters) – – Cocoa arrivals at ports in top grower Ivory Coast had reached around 1,403,000 tonnes by March 31 from the start of the season on Oct. 1, 2016, exporters estimated on Monday, up around 15 percent on the same period the previous season.
