Mimiko hands over to in-coming governor Akeredolu

NAIJA247NEWS captured the moment former  governor of Ondo State, Olusegun Mimiko and in-coming governor, Rotimi Akeredolu exchanged banters over political seniority, at the official hand over ceremony in Akure, the capital.

They flashed back to their school days at  University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University.

Dr. Mimiko entered the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife in 1972. In 1976, he bagged a B.Sc. Health Sciences Degree; and the MB; CH.B in 1980.

Akeredolu also went to Ife to study Law. He graduated in 1977, a year after Mimiko first took his first degree. He was called to the Nigerian Bar 1978
