According to Billboard, this piece of news is false after speaking to a rep of Jay Z’s label.

The estate of the late rapper is controlled by JAM Inc.’s Jeff Jampol who confirms that there are tons of unreleased material from 2Pac. “Almost an embarrassment of riches,” Jampol says, listing “unreleased music, released music, remixes, original demos, writings, scripts, plans, video treatments, poems” said Jeff Jampol, describing 2Pac’s unreleased material.

In September 2016 it will be twenty years since the legendary rapper’s death. Plans to mark his two decades of passing way include new apparel, a Grammy museum exhibit, and a biography.
