Ogunwuyi disclosed this in a statement issued in Lagos, adding that the additional centres were located within Total Service Stations across Nigeria.

He said that 45 of such facilities were launched earlier in the year to bring the total number to 80.

According to him, Etisalat Nigeria and Total Nigeria signed an agreement to establish mini-experience centres within Total service stations on May 18, 2012.

“We have now successfully deployed 80 mini-centres nationwide at Total service stations across Nigeria.

“The mini-experience centres offer the same universe of products and services as offered in our conventional experience centres.

“These 35 new outlets bring the total number of operational Etisalat customer touch points across the country to 185,” he said.

Ogunwuyi said the outlets, like the conventional experience centres, had extremely well-trained and courteous advisors.

He said that the centres were well-equipped to meet the telecommunications needs of the subscribers in locations close to their homes or offices
