Popular Nollywood Yoruba actor, Saheed Balogun is said to have dragged his ex-wife, Fathia Balogun,who is also an actress to court over the use of his surname ‘Balogun’, insisting she dropped the name and revert to her maiden name.
Saheed and Fathia Balogun were once married with three children, before the marriage hit the rock few years back.
Saheed is said to have approach the court to stop his ex-wife from using his surname, after she bluntly refused to do so.
It will be recalled that in an interview she granted in 2011, Fathia said: “My name is Fathia Balogun and it’s going to remain so for life. Nobody can ever change that or stop me from answering that name.”
