Some passengers sustained multiple injuries on Sunday when a passenger train derailed in the Bronx area of New York City.

It said that the train was the 05:54 from Poughkeepsie, due to arrive at Grand Central Station at 07:43, adding that the Hudson Line services had been suspended.
Also, the Fire service Department of New York said that the derailment occurred at 07:20, causing “multiple injuries”, and that 130 fire fighters were on ground.
According to local media reports, five of the Metro-North train’s seven carriages came off the tracks. (NAN)
