Murray’s claims that he “held Michael Jackson’s penis every night” sparked MJ Estate lawyer Howard Weitzman to send a ‘cease and desist’ letter to Murray earlier this week.

He wrote: “Your recent comments to the media about Mr. Jackson’s medical treatment and ultimate death shamefully violate the physician-patient privilege under California law.”

In the letter, he also commented that Murray was a coward to attempting to use the media to defend himself, rather than testifying in court during his manslaughter trial.

Weitzman has stated that is Murray continues to talk, the Estate will file suit.

They will also subsequently inform any medical board that Murray attempts to gain a medical licence with, that he violated the doctor and patient confidentiality.

Meanwhile, Murray may testify in a $30 million lawsuit accusing Michael Jackson of child molestation.

He may be asked to give evidence in choreographer Wade Robson’s lawsuit against the pop icon’s estate, stating that he was sexually abused by the star during the 1990s.

This news was revealed after Murray gave several interviews Australia’s 60 Minutes programme, in which he refused to comment on whether he thought the child molestation rumours were true.

He said: “I’m not prepared to answer that question, not now. And I tell you the reason why – because my interview with you is candid and honest, and I will not make up or fabricate anything.”

Murray has insisted that he did not kill the King of Pop, although he was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter and was sentenced to four years in prison.
