The decision of the election petition tribunal
sitting in Abuja to dismissed the petition filed by the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Professor Sani Yayaha for Taraba state against the incumbent governor of the state, Arc. Darius Dickson Ishaku, has been described as a “true victory for Democracy.”

In an exclusive chart with our state correspondent, a human right legal luminary, Barrister Luka T. Agbu, urged all aggrieved persons irrespective of political party differences to accept the ruling by join hand with the leadership skills the state to catapult Taraba to the height.

Agbu who also went ahead to felicitate with Ishaku over the victory, said “the judgment is a relief to lovers of development and entire Tarabans who are solidly behind the indefatigable amiable governor ”

Sad that the APC flagbearer in the said election, went ahead to institute case against the governor despite earlier pronouncement by one of the court that the party (APC) has no candidate for the said governorship election in the state, he urged him to accept the hand of friendship already extended by the governor to opposition parties.

According to “It is unfortunate that as a Professor he was decieved in agreeing that he could make case out of nothing: stating that “As a reminder,it was earlier decided by Supreme court that there was no candidate for APC in Taraba, then the foundation is already broken, but surprisingly, because he was desperate by all means to get power from the back door.”

he went ahead and wasted his time and money to engaged I’ll advice from the boundless of dust and shadow gold and silver. He was actually rope of his virtues as a Prof,

“Instead of taken to fate by joining forces with governor Ishaku to move the state forward ” he felt perturbed that the APC governorship candidate went ahead to tread different paths “even when it was lucid enough that he and the party has no case. ”

He enjoined the people of the state irrespective of party, religion and tribal affiliations to eschew sentiments by given all the much needed helping hands to actualize his dream of making the state one of the most developed state in the country.

The legal luminary who took steps further to admonished Tarabans especially the youths to desist from making themselves available as tools of destruction for overzealous politicians, said ” all we need now is to unite and support our dear governor for a better Taraba state. ”

Other person’s from my state who spoke on the ruling, threw their weights behind that of the lawyer calling on the people to rally round the governor in order for the much desire growth to be heralded to the state.
