‘Senate President Beckons On NLC To Avert Proposed Strike Over Minimum Wage’

President of the Senate, Dr. Ahmad Lawan on Wednesday engaged the Nigeria Labor Congress, (NLC) to hold its proposed industrial action over supposed deferral in the usage of the N30,000 minimum wage.

Lawan made the intrigue when the administrators of the NLC and the Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria, (PASAN) led by Mr. Ayuba Waba and Sunday Sabiyi paid him a graciousness visit in Abuja.

Lawan called for further understanding and enthusiasm, including that a few states had begun paying the concurred minimum wage.
