Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc has announced the resignation of the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Norbert Bielderman.
This was contained in a letter by the company to the Nigerian Stock Exchange on Monday signed by the Company Secretary, Bello Abdullahi.
The letter read in part, “This is to inform the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public that Mr. Norbert Bielderman has resigned from Nigeria Aviation Handling Company Plc as the managing director/chief executive officer with effect from August 31, 2017 and proceeded on terminal leave with effect from August 7, 2017.
“The board of directors has appointed Mrs. Folashade Ode as the acting managing director/chief executive officer with effect from August 7, 2017.”
The company had announced a turnover of N7.8bn at its 36th Annual General Meeting held recently, with the payment of 22 kobo dividend for every share held in the company.
The company declared a profit after tax of N583m as the board approved the payment of 22 kobo per share.
