The management of Lafarge Africa Plc has decided to meet on February 22nd 2017 to deliberate on the company’s dividend proposal to shareholders for the 2016 year as well as the company’s financials for the year.

The company’s notice signed by its Secretary, Uzoma Uja, also said the board of Directors will consider the Accounts and Financial Statements for the year ended December 31st 2016.
The board of directors will also be discussing the dividend payable to shareholders of Lafarge Africa Plc in respect of the year ended 31st December, 2016.
Lafarge Africa in 2015 declared N13.66 billion dividends, which translated to 300kobo per share and bonus issue of one new share for every 10 previously held by shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2015.
