Botswana inflation quickens to 2.8 percent y/y in September

GABORONE (Reuters) – Botswana’s consumer inflation quickened to 2.8 percent year-on-year in September from 2.6 percent in August, data from the statistics office showed on Friday.

On a month-on-month basis, prices rose 0.3 percent in September after a 0.2 percent increase the previous month, Statistics Botswana said.
